Hi there,

I hope this isn't against the rules (please delete if it is!), but I just wanted to plug the warhammeronline community. We could really use some more members and activity, so if you are at all interested in WAR, please join up.

Thanks for your time, everyone.

фото с Дня игры
Есть ли у кого-нибудь в фотографии победителей конкурса покраски (в смысле минек, а не людей) или просто выставленных миниатюр?
Очень хочется посмотреть, а на Геймс-дей попасть не смогла :(

New Wiki Project - Had any good deaths lately?
(crossposted to a bunch of communities)

My fingers have been itching lately, and that means that it is time to create yet another Wiki project. And my latest Wiki project is:

The RPG Graveyard

Most role-players had some traumatic experiences during their career - a beloved player character whose career was tragically cut short by an unlucky dice roll, the cruel whims of the game master, or the treachery of his fellow PCs. Well, this Wiki is the perfect place to commemorate them - just enter your PC into the appropriate category and tell us who he was, how he lived, and how he died. I am sure that some of you have quite a few stories to tell.

Unfortunately, for the most part I have been game mastering in the last few years, and my games have been embarrassingly short of PC deaths. So could perhaps someone with a basic grasp of the Wiki system make a start and enter an example PC so that the others can see how it is done?

Warhammer Gallery

I just found this community, I'm saddened by its size. Just thought I'd share this link. Enjoy ^_^/

Oh, the intro. I'm 23, I used to play Warhammer until I moved to California. I miss my GM, he was awesome. He played Dead Can Dance and Lisa Gerrard to set the mood and he liked to fuck with your mind (duh, what good GM doesn't).

I'm sure everybody's aware, but if you're not, then check out http://www.warhammerforever.com/. The site is packed with tons of sweet downloads for the game including new careers and stuff. Although it has mostly 1st edition material I find it's still all relevant or easily convertable and they seem to be working on stuff for the new edition as well

Got my first lot of new WFRP book! I'm pretty excited to jump in and start working on a campaign. I think they probably could have put the bestiary and the arms guide into the main book as it they all seem kind of thin. Ah well.

Hopefully they'll keep putting out stuff for it and not abandon it next month like Hogshead or GW did. Here's to hoping!

Now back to eBay to hunt down the old WFRP stuff for my collection. See yah!

Hey guys,

You've got a small little group, but I like the idea of it. Has everybody picked up most of the books of the new edition by now? I'd love to order the collector's edition of the core rulebook, but I don't exactly have $130 to waste on it. Heh.

Anyway hope everybody is cool an all that.

See yah!

It's here!
"Earth, March 29th 2005; Finally! What many WFRP-fans never believed to come true has become reality. The dark ages of WFRP are over: the new edition of Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay is out! And not only a rulebook has been published, no! Together with the book with the new corerules two more supplements have been released. The WFRP Character Pack, being a game aid for players and the scenario book "Plundered Vaults", which holds a collection of old and new adventures for WFRP. In addition to all that Black Industries, publisher of WFRP2 has announced that in the next months a lot of new material for the roleplaying game placed in the grim world of perilous adventure will be released." - from http://www.strike-to-stun.com/index.php
